To increase water supply and service in the North Caloocan Area, Mayer provided water supply conveyance systems in the form of laying steel pipes and fittings, trenchless pipe laying as well as the fabrication of pipe bridge crossings.

Through Mayer, the public benefits from enhanced water supply and reduced traffic within the city.
