Destructive testing is carried out on statistically selected samples to maintain the quality of materials and finished products. Tests parameters performed include:

Non-Destructive Tests

• Pipes are continually checked within line processes of its dimensional and physical properties which include: diameter, roundness, wall thickness, length, and straightness.
• Xray and Ultrasonic devices are also used to determine weld quality conducted by a trained technician.

Hydrostatic Pressure Test

• Coating and Lining Test
  Zinc-coating is inspected by electromagnetic meter testing, and by destructive stripping test. Lining and coating testing captures quality parameters within bonding, compression, and penetration.
