Material & Product Testing

Destructive Test:

• Properties of raw materials (coils) such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation.
• Bending and flattening test for weld strength and quality.
• Mass of Zinc Coating (for Galvanized Pipes).

Non-Destructive Test:

• Dimensional inspection on outside diameter, thickness, and length.
• Visual Inspection on straightness and workmanship
• Zinc-coating test using calibrated electromagnetic meter (for Galvanized Pipes).
