Job Summary
The Management Information Systems (MIS) Programmer is responsible for planning, development and implementation of hardware, software applications, programming and systems network and integration of a management information system or enterprise network.
Essential Job Functions
- Knowledgeable in Visual Basic as Programming Language & Crystal Report.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, developing strategies and implementation of hardware, software applications, system network and other computer-related activities to help determine the organization’s information technology goals.
- Back-up and checking computers using preventive maintenance schedule.
- Look after the maintenance of the computers and make sure all the department’s computer-related activities are functioning properly.
- Help end-users with any of their program-related concerns.
- Creating a Windows application program requested by the user or an employee.
- Developing and improving the performance of existing application programs.
- Make any changes to a program data using direct access to database requested by the end-user.
- Installing or updating an application program to a user via remote access to computer.
Job Specifications
- Age: 20 to 30 years of age
- Education: At least High School or Vocational Graduate
- Experience: At least one-year (1) experience in related field
